The complete interior design

Originally based in Farnham, Surrey my company was called 'Surrey interiors'. A move to Oxfordshire necessitated an obvious name change!!! To all my Surrey based clients please do call as I am still very active in the county!!
My love for interior design took shape in my childhood where I happily rearranged the furniture in my bedroom on a regular basis designing new borders and poster schemes much to my parents' dismay!!
This passion for design continued through 10 years of retail experience as a buyer for Simpsons of Piccadilly and Liberty of London. A couple of years of property development finally lead me to taking over the reins at Surrey Interiors.
My retail training taught me the importance of customer service and I pride myself on my professionalism and attention to detail. I like to think I work in a friendly and personal way with all my clients.
I do not charge clients for home consultations rather I make money purely through the products clients order and project management fees.
When setting up an appointment I ask clients a few questions about their project and what they want to achieve from our meeting.
A consultation usually lasts 2 hours depending on the complexity of the scheme. In many instances I am able to put a suitable proposal together in that time. Having taken necessary measurements I can put together a quotation along with fabric swatches.
When a briefing is more complicated I am happy to arrange second visits based on what we have initially achieved. I usually request a deposit of £100 for repeat visits which will be set against any future orders.
I always follow up with a courtesy call to discuss the quotation and scheme. There is no 'hard sell' and clients' are under no obligation to accept. However, I do value feedback should you decide to go elsewhere.
